Order and delivery is undertaken by pdassi Ltd. & Co. KG.

Following the placement of your order your payment information will be checked. The developer will then be notified and your full version will be sent by the developer within 2-3 days.

Products marked with the Realtime Fulfillment symbol can be downloaded as soon as your payment is confirmed. Your program full version will be available to your within mintues following purchase.
Registration keys an/or links to full version download, will be provided in the email sent to you following your order.

Delivery and Returns

The right to return goods for orders is limited to 14 days following receipt of goods. Electronically delivered software cannot be returned. Packaged software can only be returned when unopened, unused, and in the original packaging.

Technical Support

Technical Support can be obtained by filling out a support request. We reserve the right in indiviual cases to refer the request to the developer.
