Terms and Conditions

Following the placement of your order your payment information will be checked.

Products marked with 'real-time fulfillment' can be downloaded as soon as your payment is confirmed. Your program full version will be available to you within minutes following purchase.
Registration keys an/or links to full version download, will be provided in the email sent to you following your order.

Products not marked with 'real-time fulfillment' will usually be deliverd within a few hours. The developer will be notified after your purchase and your full version will be sent by the developer maximum within 2-3 days.

Delivery and Returns

The right to return goods for orders is limited to 14 days following receipt of goods. Electronically delivered software cannot be returned. Packaged software can only be returned when unopened, unused, and in the original packaging.

Technical Support

Technical Support can be obtained by filling out a support request. We reserve the right in indiviual cases to refer the request to the developer.
